New live arrival guarantee!!!! If I deem it safe to ship I will guarantee live arrival on all frogs. All reimbursements are in stock only. You have to be present to sign for the animals. No sales to minors. If shipping problems occur notify me within 3 hours of arrival of DOA's. Photo documentation of DOA's is required.

 

Winter Shipping

My winter shipping policy: I will only ship when the high temperature here is about 40 F and the low temperature is about 40 F or above at the final destination. I check weather.com for the forecast here (14001) and at the shipping zip code. If the animals arrive inactive due to cold temperatures DO NOT try to warm them up by spraying or soaking the frogs in luke warm water, as this causes a sudden shock to the system and will kill the frogs. Leave them in their container, opened if you can watch them, at room temperature for at least 3-4 hours. Most of the time they will warm up and start eating the next day, usually earlier, even though they are from the tropics they can still hibernate (shut down) for a short period of time. a friend shipped me some dwarfs and alanis and they arrived frozen. they thawed out slowly and were eating within hours. They are now prolific breeders.
